Help Guide

Revelation helpdesk has a built in help guide provided by YellowFish Software.

 

If you use the built-in system, the Help Guide URL and Self-Service Help Guide URL will be grayed out. If, on the other hand, you have a custom guide for your users, put the URL in the appropriate box.
